Policies & Reciprocals

Club Policies for Members:

  • Tee Times can be made up to 7 days in advance
  • Reciprocal Guest Policy
  • Walking Allowed
  • Soft Spikes Only

Course Dress Code:

The Dress code for The Skenandoa Club shall be casual, unless otherwise
specified for a special event. Casual dress is defined as the type of
attire permitted for golfers on The Skenandoa Club golf course. Members
and their guests are permitted to wear appropriate jeans within the
Member's Bar and Lounge area at any time, except during Club events that
require more formal attire. Jeans that are soiled, frayed, or otherwise
distressed (e.g., holes) are not appropriate for our Club. Jeans of any
type are not allowed on the golf course, at any time. *

*Other non-acceptable attire includes:*

* Cut-off shirts or cut-off shorts*

* Sweat pants*

* T-shirts for men*

* Halter tops, or the like, for women*

* Hats are not to be worn in the main dining room*

*A rule of thumb to follow is that golfing attire sold in the Pro Shop is
considered the acceptable manner of dressing on the golf course.*

Reciprocal Rules:

Members are to call the Pro Shop to arrange for play. Pro shop staff will inform you of blocked out dates and times, making it easier for you to schedule your outing. If requested by the reciprocal's Pro Shop, you must present your Skenandoa bag tag. Your guests will be assessed their prevailing guest rate.
